Depending on which warranty you choose, you can be covered for refrigerant leaks, labor costs, & part replacements! Covers a diagnostic fee of up to $65 to the contractor. Covers labor of contractor up to $85 per hour. Covers refrigerant up to $22 per pound. Coverage begins at day 91 after sale or installation, whichever comes later. Coverage maxes out at the purchase price of system and does not include add-ons like accessories. Only available for MRCOOL DIRECT Customers who purchase a complete mini-split system.

MRCOOL DIRECT also offers a 5 or 10 year labor (up to $85/hour), parts (extended), and refrigerant warranty that can be purchased. These warranties will cover both the labor & refrigerant if needed. It will also extend the manufactures parts warranty to the 5 or 10 years. Coverage begins at day 91 after sale or installation, whichever comes later.
