The MRCOOL DIY25-1438C-O is the official 25ft R-454B pre-charged line set designed exclusively for MRCOOL Easy Pro mini split systems. The Easy Pro comes standard with a 16ft line set — but if you need a longer distance between your outdoor unit and indoor air handler, this is the exact 25ft upgrade kit you must use.

Unlike the regular MRCOOL DIY line sets, this Easy Pro version includes the DIY-PRO Communication Cable built directly into the bundle. That means when you upgrade to 25ft, you also upgrade the full communication wiring length to match — no splicing, no extensions, no cutting, and no electrician required.

WHY THIS VERSION HAS THE “C” IN THE MODEL NUMBER

The C = Communication Cable Included

This is the ONLY Easy Pro 25ft line set that includes the matching communication wiring.

No other  25ft MRCOOL line set should be used for an Easy Pro installation if it doesn’t come with a longer then 16ft communication wire. Easy Pro comes with a 16ft and you can’t splice the communication wire.

Does this replace my Easy Pro 16ft line set?

Yes — this is the official 25ft upgrade kit, but the Easy Pro condenser still comes pre boxed with a 16ft. 

Does it include the communication wire?

Yes. The “C” model includes the full 25ft DIY-Pro cable.

Do I need any special tools?

No. This uses MRCOOL’s Quick-Connect system — no vacuum pump or gauges.

Is it compatible with the DIY 5th Gen systems?

Yes, but the DIY air handler come with 25ft communication wire. 

 

Is the line set pre-charged?

Yes — fully charged with R-454B refrigerant.
