This upgraded line set includes the correct 3/8” liquid line and 5/8” suction line, plus the full 25ft DIY-Pro communication cable, which matches the length required for larger-capacity MRCOOL systems.

MRCOOL® DIY® Series

The MRCOOL DIY Series includes a 25-ft Pre-Charged DIY® QuickConnect® line set and the DIYPRO® Cable communication wire.

• The communication wire is packaged with the indoor air handler.
• The pre-charged QuickConnect® line set comes boxed with the condenser.
  This series also carries a 5-year parts warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty, along with a slightly higher SEER rating for improved efficiency.

 

MRCOOL® Easy Pro DIY

The MRCOOL Easy Pro DIY model includes a 16-ft pre-charged Quick Connect line set, packaged with the condenser, and a 16-ft DIYPro communication wire included with the air handler.

This system features a 1-year parts warranty and a 2-year compressor warranty.

WHY THIS VERSION HAS THE “C” IN THE MODEL NUMBER

The C = Communication Cable Included

This is the ONLY Easy Pro 25ft line set that includes the matching communication wiring.

No other  25ft MRCOOL line set should be used for an Easy Pro installation if it doesn’t come with a longer then 16ft communication wire. Easy Pro comes with a 16ft and you can’t splice the communication wire.

Does this replace my Easy Pro 16ft line set?

Yes — this is the official 25ft upgrade kit, but the Easy Pro condenser still comes pre boxed with a 16ft. 

Does it include the communication wire?
