The MRCOOL DIYM236HPW05D00 bundle is built for homeowners who want two different room sizes on one DIY-friendly 5th Gen multi-zone system. This package combines the 36,000 BTU DIY-MULTI5-36HP230D-O condenser with one 12,000 BTU (DIY-12-HP-WMAH-230D25-O) and one 18,000 BTU (DIY-18-HP-WMAH-230D25-O) wall-mount air handler, plus the correct pre-charged 16 ft R-454B Quick-Connect® line sets for each zone.

Use the 12K indoor unit for a bedroom, office, or smaller living area up to about 550 sq. ft., and the 18K indoor unit for a larger room up to about 800 sq. ft. Together, they can comfortably handle around 1,300–1,350 sq. ft. depending on insulation and climate.
