The 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split system comprises a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, a 12,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, an 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handler, and two remote controls. The highlight is that you can set it up all by yourself!

MRCOOL DIY 12K BTU Ceiling Cassette (DIYCASSETTE12HP-230C25).
