Condenser Features

High Efficiency: Paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, the 3-zone condenser can reach an impressive 22 SEER efficiency rating.
All-Climate Performance: Capable of heating even when the outdoor temperature falls to -13°F.
Lifetime Protection: This is the only condenser that offers a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Register with the MRCOOL Care Program to activate it.
Air Handler Features

9,000 BTU Unit: Sufficient for spaces up to 375 sq. ft., with multiple modes (COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY, SLEEP). It can be controlled via Apple or Android smartphones using the Smart HVAC app. Installation is straightforward due to its compact design.

12,000 BTU Units (x2): Covers areas up to 500 sq. ft., and also comes with various operational modes. Smartphone control and easy installation features are the same as the 9K unit.

Line Sets

50-foot copper line sets connect the condenser to the air handlers and come pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant, enabling you to save on professional installation costs.
Additional Options

If the standard line set lengths don't suit your needs, you can purchase additional ones. Coupler kits are available to connect multiple line sets.
